• Vedanta Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides solar energy solutions including rooftop solar systems, EV chargers, solar accessories, and related electrical works.

• The responsibility to verify system design, site compatibility, and government approvals lies with the customer.

🔹 3. Payments and Refund Policy

• All prices quoted are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Advance payments made toward solar systems, installations, or accessories are strictly non-refundable.
• The balance payment must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delay in payment may result in suspension of work or delivery.
• Once an order is placed, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

🔹 4. Project Timelines

• Project completion timelines are estimates and may vary based on weather, material availability, government approvals, and site conditions.
• Vedanta Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. will not be held responsible for delays beyond its control (e.g., DISCOM, subsidy processing, or force majeure events).

🔹 5. Warranty and Maintenance

• All products supplied are covered under manufacturer warranty as per standard terms.
• Vedanta Power Solution Pvt. Ltd. provides installation warranty as specified in the project agreement.
• Any post-installation service, Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), or part replacement will be as per mutually agreed terms.

• All content, designs, project layouts, and visuals on our website are owned by or licensed to Vedanta Power Solution Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or distribution is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
